We are Not a phpvms web site here,but something entirely and 100% different. Do we have and run phpvms ? Yes, we do. However we are adapting a New
Flight Management System all together. And so far we love it. And honestly, we think this system is where we may stay. We have been around
phpvms since it came out, and we thank the developers of course for all of the hard work that went into it. But things change with time, as did
phpvms. We miss the OLD phpvms as it was a very good flight management system, but as mentioned, things change and enter phpvms v7. As web site software
changed, so did a lot of coding (programming) in the language itself. Well, we gave it a good shot for years and decided finally that this was
Not for Us period anymore. Onwards, Our well known ITT Web Master has a solid motto, if it works, then don't Fix It ! Sadly this didn't happen.

Our operations are simple here, this site is dedicated to an error free enviroment without the often 500 errors. This site has none of that. And is focused on its hard core Functions ! Schedules, Multiple Airlines, Bidding, and multiple Aircraft in one Flight Schedule that doesn't overlap pireps and/or other schedules. This system simpley put just doesn't do that. After logging in, you will see a wide range of options as a Member, and yes multiple bids are allowed at once and up to 5. And there is no Time Limit on Bids here. We do however of course watch all bids that are active.
Currently we are using only SmartCARS 3 here, which is well known. Thus, SmartCARS 3 allows ALL Flight Simulators for our Web Site. We are currently looking into a Customized ACARS system also. We will keep all Members posted on this of course. Our sole purpose here with our new web site is simple, a hassle free flight management system without the headaches, just the core old school functions that should and do run correctly here. What we offer is an In House air tight Email system. This is strictly In House only. However we have customized a contact us page also. Our Conact Us form goes directly to our Main Email Server directly, and is flawless. Also incorporated is our Notifications system, which is very much like a NOTAM. However, the notifications system is much more universal and has a lot more power to it.
On another note, we currently have well over 29,000 Airports in our Database with plenty of room to add more. This allows us to process World Wide Flights also. This could not be done with other flight management systems, it just simply slowed down the Servers all together. We have recently put in a Live Shoutbox (chat system), which is 24/7. So as a pilot you can always shoot a message there pertaining to either support or just a simple question. This is in the pilot dashboard after logging in, and which you will see a large amount of other features included there.
Last but not least, We recently decided to add a Military Division to this site. Heritage VA Military Division. For those who like to fly Military Aircraft, this is the place. And you do not need to sign up for anything to utilize it either. Search a flight route for the Heritage Airline, select your aircraft, bid on it, and just fly it. That Simple. Most of the routes are focused on Military to Military Airports also. We are working on intregrading Mission Packets for a Multi-Player scenero to. Including for those still using it, TAC-PAC missions. Sorry MSFS users, there is no TAC-PAC for your Sim. We however are working on at the same time Universal Missions for everyone via Multi-Player.
As with most VA Organizations, yes we do have them. Most of them are just plain common sense.
Our 3 Main requirements are basic, the Landing Rates,how often do you fly, and after activation when did you take your first flight. Here's your answers, We prefer landing rates around "MAX" if possible, -400fpm, anything basically above that in real life your luggage is coming out of the overhead compartments with bricks in them ! However, dropping to a glidescope to lineup your approach is entirely different which has nothing to do with touching down those big rubber donuts on pavement. Myself, I've dropped as fast as a -2.2 in some cases due to weather but managed to pull the nose up for a smooth landing rate.
Your first flight must be done within 10 days, if you cannot, then please let us know ASAP. We do understand life does Happen. This tells us how interested you actually are. Pilots will be marked "inactive" if this can't be done, and you will have to contact us to get Activated again.
And lastly, we do not limit where you can fly to and from and what aircraft you can fly, however each flight has its own assigned aircraft and any substitution is not allowed for said assigned airframe at all. Your PIREP will be deleted as each airframe here has very advanced catagorys for specifications all the way around and is entered by us for each individual airframe according to the latest specs.
All Pilots must remain active with a Min., of One Flight per month, we feel this is not asking to much like other VA groups, so please try to maintain your status as active with this requirement. Thank You.
